I found Adrian randomly in Zillow and picked him up based on Zillow reviews and now I can vouch for his credibility and services. We had a meeting on day one and Adrian listened patiently to our thoughts about the home we are looking for. He never tried to push us into buying a home. Being a first time home owner I had simple questions, complex questions and apprehensions. Adrian listened to all of these patiently and he helped us throughout the process. He was always on time for appointments and went over briefly about the area, pricing, structural issues, expense for repair etc. It was so depth to the point that we could make a decision about the house in a few hours. He has in depth knowledge about the town of Windsor. Adrian was well liked by sellers agents and is highly professional. Both me and my wife work full time and Adrians help was immense in scheduling late evening showings. Close of escrow and loan process was really smooth and he was with us in every step taking care of our best interest as a buyers agent. During escrow market was hot causing significant delays in finding home inspectors and pest inspectors. Adrian brought the best home inspectors and pest inspectors helping us to negotiate the price. The best part was he was able to get us in touch with a good handy man, painter etc. and all of them did an amazing job cleaning and fixing the house. Adrians biggest bonus is his in depth knowledge of the town of Windor and you wont be surprised if you see a number of people waiving hello to him when you are looking for houses. So definitely there is a high chance he may find you a good neighbor as a bonus. At the close of escrow we were good friends and even now I call him to get home improvement tips.I will definitely use his services in the future when we plan for upgrade or sell.
