David was referred to us by a family friend as a great agent to work with in finding a property in the Healdsburg area. We weren't disappointed! He showed us a couple of properties off market initially but the timing wasn't right. We then fell in love with a historic property in Dry Creek set among the vineyards. With David's guidance and support we secured the property against multiple offers and negotiated a good discount prior to closing. Throughout the due diligence period David introduced us to various trades including contractors, architects and inspectors to help us assess the scale of the project. David and his team took great care of us arranging to meet us whenever we wanted to visit the property from the Bay Area. We couldn't be happier and wouldn't think twice about recommending David for anyone looking for property in this area.
