My husband and I have just started looking for properties in Huntington Beach. Late one evening I was scanning through Zillow and ran across a cute home by the ocean. Ms. Olsen picture popped up and clicked on contact agent. Irene & Eric both contacted me with in a very short time after that to go over all the details of the home I was interested in. Eric & Ms Olsen were very knowledgeable with the surrounding area and had answers to all my questions. The conversation was focused all on me and what we want and need. I always imagined that by contacting the agent it would be like talking to a used car salesman, boy I was wrong. After going everything in detail they had their lender contact me to start the pre-qualification process. Unfortunately, our downpayment that we have saved was a little low for what we are looking for. Now we are back to saving and will be calling Ms. Olsen and Eric in a few months to resume the search. Their responsiveness and honest & sincere nature definitely sets them apart from the average realtor.
