My husband and I own a home in Deltona. We decided to purchase a bigger home. My daughter lives in Orlando we decided to get her a home near us. WE called Bobby at an ungodly hour by mistake and he answered and came over the very next day. He carefully listened to our wants and need and then he took a tour of our present home...we were shocked when he said are you sure you want to leave this home? Any other realtor would have rushed us to purchase a home, not him. He sent us lists after list of homes then he sat down with us and tweaked it some more. He visited the homes with us and was extremely honest in his observations ( after years of doing this he can smell a lemon ) he worked around our schedule cause my husband is disabled and had many dr. Appts. When we found THE home, he got them to lower the price! Because of my husband condition he was able to do all the closing on the Internet .we actually felt like we were dealing with family. We love our homes and would wholeheartedly recommend Bobby Mims and I already have!
