Daniela was a real pleasure to work with. We used her to both sell and buy our new home. She was responsive, always on time, and truly helpful in every step of the process. If we could give her a million stars out of 10, we would! She made selling our home a breeze, and the purchase even easier. You need her, she picks up the phone or calls you right back to assist. She also introduced us to our loan officer Derek Kamm, and he was amazing! Everyone she sent our way from the inspection to the loan officer was amazing! We highly recommend Daniela for both buying and selling. FYI, this was our 2nd home purchase and 1st time selling so we knew how some real estate agents could be bad, late, unresponsive, or set unrealistic expectations. She was 100% upfront with everything and gave us realistic expectations on the entire process.

After my wife and I found our dream home, we decided to make an offer price based on the listing price (which we found out later was well above what it sold for). A friend of mines referred us to Robert and had him submit the offer on our behalf going against what he thought was a reasonable initial offer. After a few days, the seller accepted our offer without countering. Robert immediately told us the seller most likely did not have many (if any) competitive offers. We instantly felt buyers remorse and Robert continued to advise us on how we can buy the house at a lower price than we initially offered (at the end, we saved $22,500 with Roberts guidance). Since there was a number of disagreements with the unreasonable seller that almost had both parties walk away, Robert was generous enough to use $8,000 from his commission to settle the difference. Who does that? I cant thank Robert enough for helping my wife and I buy our forever home and saving us tens of thousands of dollars.
