Buyers and Sellers, listen to me. Im a Christian pastor so what I write is the truth. My wife and I had to sell our house in Dade City at the beginning of 2016. We went to breakfast at Sunrise in Zephyrhills and prayed that somehow God would show us the way to do this the proper way. Immediately after I prayed I looked up at the TV monitors and there was Kims ad. I called her and she came by that day to look at the house. The rest is history. She gave us an estimate of how to price it to sell within 90 days or so. Not only did we get offers during that time, but we would have sold it MUCH SOONER than 90 days (which it did anyway) had it not been for a very low appraisal. This is where Kim really shined. She did her homework and went to work to fight to get the appraisal where it SHOULD BE. She exceeded our expectations on the sale price of the home, she exceeded our expectations on her promise of communication, she exceeded our expectations on the process. My advice to you? Tell Kim what you desite in your sale or purchase. If she says yes its possible, then great. If she says no, then listen carefully to her because she knows what shes doing. Then let her go to work for you....trust me, she will. She will be working for you while you do whatever it is you are doing.

We closed on our first house yesterday and I can't even begin to express our gratitude for Shane and Kim Barker at Vitis Realty. They've been working with us for years now, because we're self-employed and our business was still fairly new when we first started looking for a house. Finally, this year we qualified for a decent home loan and within weeks they'd found the perfect house for us.God blessed usaEUR"not just with this amazing realtor-duo, but also with some pretty smooth sailing. And I know that isn't always the case, especially with the market the way it is right now, but I also know that Shane and Kim played a huge part in how smoothly it went.
