Kimberly truely made my first home buying experience comfortable and stress-free due to her expertise and responsiveness. The first time I met her at a property she had listed, she was honest about the property and I didn't feel like she was there just to make a sell. She actually suggested that I go look at a different property after she listened to what my needs and wants were. As soon as I saw the home she suggested, I was in love and couldn't believe how perfect it was. I would have never found/looked at the home because it was out of my price range. Kimberly encouraged me to make an offer and before I knew it-- I had a contract on my dream house! Thanks to her knowledge and negotiating skills, the seller agreed to almost half the price she had originally listed it for. I've been in my home for nearly 6 months now and am so thankful that Kimberly was my realtor and I always suggest her to my friends and family.
