When it was time to move closer to work, Ian was referred to us and helped us buy our Bodger Park home. He greeted us at the first home we wanted to see with property details, comps, a pen and even a magazine! We trusted he had the experience and the knowledge to ensure we found what we were looking for. After looking for awhile we found the home we wanted. Through escrow we found issues that helped the seller account for. We also ran into a very sticky situation during escrow where Ian was on top of it the entire time, getting everything resolved.
