Over a year ago my wife and I were looking into buying a house. We had gone to another real estate sales man. (Bad idea) that person had us signed a contract to stay with them for 6 months it was to "protect us" to make that they will help us to get a house, but it was to protect them selfes. That company only showed us 3 houses in 6 months and they were out of our price range :( . Then my sister in law told me about a friend of hers that sold homes if we want to meet him. I say sure has to be better than the last person ( oh boy was he the best). After our frist meeting in a week he had showed us 6 home and all in our price range. We even put a bid on the frist home (but we got outbid) . Then the last house he show us we love it. We put another bid (this time we bid a little more then what the asking price was for). Finally we won the bid for the home we wanted (did I mention that my wife was 9 months pregnant). So we were going in to labor and Devon step in to make sure we got the house. He would make sure that we had all paper signed and turned in time (he would bring any paper our hospotal room my wife love how hard Devon work to get this house for us) our daughter was born June 25 and we move in to our new home on the 4 of July. I want to say thank you to Devon for all the hard work that he out to make sure we had a new home for our family. Thank you so much Devon! :)
