When my husband and I were in the market to upgrade to a larger house, we didn't hesitate to have Devon serve as our realtor. From the start, he was very professional, but also very approachable. Because this was our second time buying a house, we had specific wants and needs and Devon considered each one. He was always very honest and provided advice that was for our best interest. The search took about 9 months and Devon never lost momentum. He provided the same level of communication and attention throughout the process. When my husband and I finally decided on a house, it was a little over our budget. However, Devon came through for us and was able to negotiate with the seller. He made escrow less painful and took care of the requirements seamlessly. In addition, he helped us market and rent our other house withing a month of moving out. He went above and beyond what I would have expected of any realtor. Devon helped my husband and I purchase our house almost 2 years ago but his assistance still continues to this day. He continues to follow up on us and even helped with a referral to refinance our house. I don't hesitate to refer Devon to anyone I know looking to purchase a house.
