We have had the property on market multiple times and for many years, but didnt make the sell, including with brand-named agents self-claimed as being the #1 in the Bay Area for high-end properties.We eventually found Denise (actually she found us) and she took the task very seriously and professionally, and made extraordinary efforts, including setting up, decorations, maintenances, etc. and many other details. And her communication with potential clients was just excellent.Since both my wife and I were working aboard then, it was difficult for us to look after the property during the period. Denise and her husband provided helping hands and taken care of the property down to the very details, as if its their own house.The end result is: the property was locked with serious offer in about ONE month after the house was put on to the market for the Nth time (not even during hot sale season) and the transaction was completed smoothly in less than 3 months while we were on the other side of the Earth.The contrast of Denise and her professional service is so large in comparison with the many agents we have had previously, the only rating we see appropriate is nothing else but full Five-Star.

In the very competitive Bay Area real estate market Grant accomplished two critical measures to assure our successful purchase of a property. First, in the early phases leading to a formal offer, Grant carefully outlined the process, oversaw the all important aggregation of information leading up to a bid submission, and secured our e-signatures in a timely fashion. Second, Grant kept us atop the critical factors that needed be included to increase the likelihood of success - in our case the need to present as clean an offer as possible and the above asking range we need consider given the frenzied climate. Grant was spot on with his recommendations and we were successful in our bid. I should add that the California home we purchased was 3000 miles away from our East Coast home and done solely over the internet. Grant took the time to make the 45 minute drive to the Bay Area property, walk the neighborhood, image the property inside and out, and offer his immediate impression. Most remarkably the whole process played out over eight days and our bid accepted. Two thumbs up and five stars are easy ratings to arrive at.
