Maggie is quite literally one in a million. My husband and I were considering moving to Montclair, NJ from NYC and were VERY nervous about making the move to the suburbs. Maggie was beyond patient with us (there were quite a few times we swore to her we were ready to move and then chickened out). Moreover, we have 3 dogs and there were virtually no properties willing to take all 3 dogs in - but Maggie worked her magic and found several stunning homes and somehow got the landlords to agree to make an exception for our dogs. When we found others home we liked, but were unsure about the area, Maggie drove there and took videos for us so we could see what the neighborhood and residents were like. When we found the home we ended up moving into, she visited the property with us...4 times. She found painters and negotiated the price for us. She even paid them for us because I did not have checks on me. The closest in one of the rooms was not working properly - Maggie found and ordered the replacement part for us....and had it installed. When we had tons of moving boxes and garbage bags, she drove to our new house and loaded them into her car and took them away for us. She consistently checks in with us to make sure we are still happy in the home and ask if we need help with anything. She is truly one of the most exceptional people and Realtors I have ever known I am not easily impressed - but Maggie blew me away and you would be insane to go with anyone else besides her. We will never use another Realtor besides Maggie - no one can measure up to her

Maggie was the best realtor with whom Ive partnered, and Ive moved several times. From the moment I met her, she instilled confidence that she had a plan and there was no question shed be successful. She was highly energetic, responsive, and knowledgeable. She connected me with low-cost, high-quality professionals for prep work, informed me of town and state requirements, and literally jumped in to help with painting and cleaning. She always had a positive attitude, and she brought in a large number of potential buyers right away. The house had multiple offers over asking on the first weekend. Maggie always made me feel like I was her number one priority, and there was never any question that I was her client - not the buyer. I felt I was in good hands and, frankly, with all that was going on in my life, I couldnt do it without her. Best of all, she maintained a sense of humor, even when there was an occasional minor setback. Maggie is a gem.
