I usually don't write online reviews but I felt compelled this time. Let me start by saying Easton is exactly what we were looking for in an agent. He helped us look at 30+ options throughout Santa Barbara, both condos and single-family homes as well. Once we found the right home, Easton worked on our behalf to navigate against a very challenging seller and extremely unethical listing agent that was trying to take advantage of us. Easton made sure the deal got done, while keeping our interests front and center and making sure we were protected and making a smart investment. It always felt like he had our back and protected us throughout the deal. He's our trusted advisor when it comes to real estate. He knows his stuff. I chose Easton based on his immediate response to an inquiry I made about a couple of rentals and some general information I requested about the specific area I was interested in buying and/or renting. After 20 years of wanting to be a Santa Barbara resident, in the Riviera, I started looking January 1st 2019, giving Easton an area of about 5 blocks which included roughly 4 streets. Despite his initial surprise at the specificity of my request, he immediately set out to find my dream home...which he did within a week (although we didnt know it at the time). Meeting over FaceTime while I was vacationing in Hawaii, we knew quite instantly that we would work well together. Easton is so much more than the above listed qualities. He is hardworking and intuitive; engaged and present with his clients and their needs. From the beginning, during our initial search, through the inspections and the final walk through, I never doubted his commitment and loyalty.
