My wife and I were very pleased with AndrA(C)s as a realtor. We bought an apartment in Old San Juan through him and we were very satisfied with his services. AndrA(C)s' style is laid-back and he worked with us to meet our wants and needs. His advice was always on point, his response time was very prompt and he was very efficient on his end, which is something rare nowadays in Puerto Rico. He lives and works in Old San Juan and that is a huge plus since he is already familiar with the neighborhood and how things work living in the area (utilities, noise levels, traffic patterns, etc.). If I were selling my apartment or wanted to buy another in the area, he would be the first person I would go to. My wife and I are happy to admit that not only did we get an excellent realtor in Old San Juan, but we also got a great neighbor in the deal. When looking for realtors in Old San Juan, you can't go wrong with AndrA(C)s.
