When we were ready to sell our house we contacted Mariana DeLuca, of Vera Cohen Realty. Always on time, she met with us numerous times discussing an asking price (which was higher than we were thinking of), assisted us in staging the house, called in a professional photographer and uploaded the beautiful pictures on all the local real estate websites. Then the pandemic was declared the day after our house was on the market! Disaster right? Wrong! Not with Mariana as your realtor. She calmed our nerves, navigated all the new restrictions and regulations and three days later we were in contract with our buyer. It was amazing. Mariana is personable, always pleasant, knowledgeable, and above all professional. We are now ready to sell another house and buy our "forever home." We are confident that we will be buying our perfect home because Mariana will definitely be our realtor. Update: Well I was right. Mariana came through for us two more times this month. We wanted to downsize. We wanted to move to East Greenbush. We had a long and very specific list of what we wanted in our forever home. We were prepared to wait until we were able to find a home that met all our requirements and in our price range. Mariana called us and said that she found what we were looking for. Yup, she nailed it. In two weeks we will be closing on our new home. Now all she had to do was to sell our second house in Castleton. Again she called in a professional photographer, posted our home and less than three days later (yes she did it again) we sold our house at full asking price. If your are thinking of selling your home, if your are thinking of buying a home, make sure your have a bright, extremely hard working, ethical, knowledgeable, professional realtor - make sure you contact Mariana DeLuca to be your realtor. You too will be forever grateful and you will be proud of yourself for having made such a good decision.
