Tim got referred to me as I was browsing new houses on Zillow in Western Mass. He called back within an hour of my initial inquiry and got some background information on my situation. I wasn't necessarily looking to buy a house and had other commitments that needed attention. Tim did not press me to see houses during that time but offered to keep an eye out for houses I might like. I had sent him some of my dream house pics and he TOTALLY got what I was looking for which was a nice surprise. When the time came to see houses he was readily available, made appointments quickly, and always returned calls or rather answered his phone! I am new to home buying and I was impressed with the questions he asked the seller's agents. Questions I didn't think of and questions Illuminating his knowledge of real estate. When we were alone he answered a myriad of questions ranging from types of internet, to generators, to water wells and septic tanks. His knowledge of oil based heating systems is ridiculous. When I found literally my dream house he had to work fast in this crazy market and his strategy for making offers (which I won't reveal here ;-)) is brilliant. And it worked. The sellers accepted our offer and cancelled all other viewings. Tim stayed on top of the loan company and me to make sure deadlines were met which was helpful. I trusted that he would make sure that everything was done properly including the inspection. When I got to the house for the final walk thru Tim was already there and had things to point out to me as he had already walked thru. I would highly recommend Tim if you are looking to buy (or sell!) a home. He's easy to work with, efficient, has a wealth of real estate knowledge that he is continually adding to, to stay current. As we were leaving the walk-thru I said I might ask him for advice on some things and he assured me our relationship didn't end when the deal was over. And as a single woman with little (East Coast) home knowledge it was reassuring.
