Ken was my agent for about a year as we attended multiple open houses and submitted many offers in this crazy Bay Area market. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to market behaviors, renovations, financing, and identifying easily overlooked pros/cons of a property. I was never pressured into overextended myself when submitting offers and was reassured consistently when our offers were not accepted that all it would take is time. Ken also kept in mind our goals and wishes when he provided his inputs on the houses we saw together.It has been a learning experience working with Ken and it is bittersweet for me to say that the journey has ended with Ken helping us close on our first home.
