Beginning the search: When we first began searching, we were unsure what we wanted in a home. Lori was patient and helped us find what we really wanted. Because of this, we found the one that was right for us and we didn't have to settle.A Educating us: As first time home-buyers, Lori educated us on the housing market, how to inspect homes, how to properly negotiate, and how to know when we are financially ready. We found that we were not financially prepared the first time we looked in 2020 and we chose to wait a year - which was the best decision for us. Lori was so helpful and supportive during that time. She worked with us even while we were saving up to help us continue to learn about what we needed and wanted from a home.
