After losing my husband in May 2020, I decided it was time to purchase a smaller home and get a fresh start. I worked with an agent who just did not seem to be fully engaged and I lost out on two homes as a result. The added stress had me questioning whether I could handle the buying process during what seemed to be a sellers market. On a recommendation from a couple of friends I called Joan Mitchell to assist me with the buying process. From the get-go, Joan was impressive, she is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Joan immediately understood my needs and wants and got to work looking for the perfect home for me. Upon touring the home, I would decide to buy, she immediately called the selling agent and got to work on getting me the house. Joan kept me informed during the entire process and checked in constantly to see how I was doing and if I had any questions.
