Where do I start? We were first time home buyers so naturally we were a bit apprehensive about the entire process. From the moment we first got in touch with Tom, he was incredibly personable and didn't hesitate at all to give us a rundown of the entire home buying process.When it came time to look at homes, two things really stuck out to me. First, Tom knows the different localities extremely well. We looked at homes in several different cities and Tom somehow was seemed like he had grown up there. It was evident fairly quickly that he has a wealth of experience and knowledge and does his homework before he shows a property. Second, Tom's availability and reliability were exemplary. He was available on almost any day we wanted to look at a property and he was never late to a showing - not once. I can't speak for anyone else, but having dealt with the numerous headaches of working with unreliable people, Tom was a breath of fresh air.Once we settled on a house, Tom was super helpful in crafting our offer. Once again, his experience proved invaluable - he has a very good handle on what sellers are looking for in an offer and what it will take to get the house. Tom's grasp of the nuance and tact of the negotiations was a huge reason that our offer was accepted (and take my word for it - the seller was not an easy person to deal with). Throughout the home inspections and lending process, Tom was with us every step of the way and was a great source for a second opinion on a lot of matters. He also has a great network of inspectors, bankers, contractors, and other service providers and always pointed us in the right direction. I should add that throughout this process as well, I cannot recount a single time that Tom failed to pick up his phone when I called. That was a huge plus for me.All the way up through closing, it was smooth sailing. I honestly cannot recommend Tom highly enough. He has everything you look for in a broker - knowledgable, personable, reliable, available, diligent, and an all-around good guy. With 100% certainty, I will be working with Tom in the future on any real estate purchases, and you'd be doing yourself a huge favor in doing the same.Thanks Tom!

Tom is a great realtor. He provided us with excellent knowledge of the property and the best areas that would suite us for our job relocations. I was being relocated from the Frederick, MD area to work in Wilmington, DE and Frazer, PA. He put us in a great location to accommodate both locations. He knew we were on a strict time crunch to purchase a home and be move in ready prior to the re-location to PA. We provided three different purchase offers and he used his creative purchasing techniques to get us into the house we love with only minimal price over the selling price due to the housing market, and to not have us get into a bidding war. I would recommend Tom to anybody that is buying or selling a home. He was willing to work over weekend's and late nights to accommodate us to ensure we were moved into our home in 44 days.
