Laurie is a high energy, knowledgeable real estate agent who helped us get our property on the market quickly which was critical as the holidays were approaching. She solicited input from her team and other brokers to carefully set the price which was challenging as there were no other comparable homes in the area that had acreage, a pool, a vineyard, and that was walking distance to downtown Sebastopol . Laurie hired a wonderful photographer and videographer whose pictures really captured the beauty and unique features of our property. She got them to quickly turn the pictures around on MLS and Zillow. This together with her proactively contacting other agents with potential interested clients led to nine appointments in the first four days and multiple offers by the fifth day that were over the asking price. Even after the sale, Laurie often checked in to see how the transition was going and presented us with brochures and a beautiful custom book of our estate. We are moving out of the state but sincerely wish Laurie could be there on the other end to find us a new home. I don't often write reviews, and when I have, they were at the service provider's request, not so with Laurie Parris. My experience with her has made such a positive impact on my life that I want others to know if they choose to work with her, they will sleep well at night, confident they made the right decision. Last year Laurie helped my ex husband and I sell our home we had spent 12 years renovating. We did our homework, conducted interviews, and chose Laurie to market our home and attract the offers we needed. We expected a professional, but experienced much more. Laurie managed the entire process with style and grace. She earned our trust and has helped both of us find other properties. Over the last few months Laurie has patiently helped me navigate unfamiliar territory. I have considered living out of state, moving within the county, changing employment, buying, renting, and building. As complicated as the decisions have been, I have never felt alone. As a full time, working Realtor in Silicon Valley, my expectations were extreme. Laurie Parris performed beyond my wildest dream.
