Richard and John had gone above and beyond to help me with selling my home. They are experienced and well connected with all services that i need for selling my home. First step, they advised me on strategies, i.e. when to list the home (within my window of course), how to price it right to get the optimum offers. Next is the staging, taking the photos and video of my home. The staging was spot on (to my ideal request), the listed photos and videos were beautiful, definitely added the value to the home. I lived out of state and had to fly in to take care of the sales. All it took for me was 1 trip, met with Richard and they took care of the rest. if it wasnt for Richard and John, i probably had to make several trips to SF to take care of many loose ends. To name a few, i needed to fix the oven, install the carpet in the bed room, clean out the storage, clean the home, donate to charity...etc. all of that was taken care of by Richard and John, not sure how many real estate agent would do all of that! The buyer had a little issue with the their lender, Richard and John stepped in to save the day doing all things from negotiating with the HOA to connect the buyer with a new loan officer/lender. After the sales, i needed to do a 1031 exchange (my first time), Richard and John took the time to explain the exchange rules and gave me valuable advice for my future investment in southern California. Richard had also recommended a 1031 exchange agent and real estate agent in southern California for my future investment. Months later, they still followed up to see how i was doing with the investment and if i was happy with their recommendations. I have bought and sold homes 4 times before i met Richard and John, by far they are the best people with whom i had great pleasure of working. they simply went above and beyond, i truly greatly appreciate their help. i highly recommend Richard and John. if i ever buy in San Francisco again, i would definitely want to work with Richard and John again.
