My husband and I had a rental property that we did not want to manage anymore. Although we loved the house, but we wanted to simplify our life. It was a really difficult decision to make. A friend told us about Colleen Cotter, who helped this friend's friend sell their rental property of similar size. When we met Colleen, we immediately felt really warmly towards her. We felt that Colleen was really in tune with the conflicting feelings we were going through about selling a house that was not only our livelihood but also had a lot of history and memories. She was so patient and helpful and guided us the whole way without giving us any pressure. She was true to her words that she only wanted what was best for us. She made the whole process of preparing the house and putting it on the market trouble-free. She and her team (special shout out to Zoe and Margaret) were with us every step of the way. Whenever we had any question, Colleen and her team were quick to respond. We feel that Colleen really had our best interest at heart. In the end she was able to find us a buyer who we felt would love and treasure the house as much as we did. We have lots of love and appreciate to Colleen and her team!

Colleen is hands-down the best realtor in San Francisco. Weve worked with Colleen for 6 years and she has represented us both as buyers and sellers, and we have been blown away by the service she delivers and the expertise she brings. In my opinion, 3 things set Colleen apart from other SF agents: 1) she is extremely trustworthy.
