For most people buying a home is the biggest decision and biggest purchase they will ever make. How does one choose the best realtor for themselves? I learned about Dar and Darcie by word of mouth, so decided to give them a try. One of the best decisions Ive ever made. The entire team is wonderful, but I really want to talk about the agent who worked closely with me to find my home. I cant speak highly enough about Haley.What separates Haley from other real estate agents Ive met is that she genuinely wants to help people first, and make a sale second. She gets as much enjoyment and fulfillment out of finding the perfect home for someone as she does making a sale.She has such positive energy and drive.When we began the journey together we visited many houses to look at. She knew what I was looking for and would say aEURoeI dont think this is the house for you.aEUR? She is very bright, knows her business inside and out, is experienced and knows all about neighborhoods. She is a great negotiator, has a great sense for what is a fair price, and is honest. She answered all of my questions with a smile. I could tell she really LIKES what she does!Finally we found the perfect place for me. We both knew it when we saw it.She took care of everything from beginning to end. I got a great deal and she was able to negotiate everything with the sellers. Most importantly was her follow-up after the sale. I cannot praise her highly enough, and the entire team (and they are a team) at Dar and Darcie are great. Call them first!
