I lived in Lakewood for about 8 years and when it came time to sell my home I decided to call Allison because I had seen so many of her advertisements. It was a great decision. She impressed me from day one with her preparedness and professionalism. The presentation that she had ready the first time I met her saved me the trouble of calling any other agents. She gave me a few tips on how to prep my house for sale and then she arranged for a staging company that made my home look like it was out of a magazine. We got an offer well above our asking price 2 days after listing. Allison also made the escrow process a breeze. The buyer requested some plumbing, electrical and termite work and Allison made all of the arrangements and got everything done for very competitive rates because of her frequent business with the contractors. When the buyer decided to back out at the very last minute, Allison negotiated on my behalf and got all of my expenses covered plus more. Bonus! Then my house went right back into escrow with another buyer and closed early. I highly recommend Allison. She really knows what she is doing and will really reduce the stress associated with selling a home, all while getting you maximum profit.
