Kendra could not have provided us with a better experience in selling our Tumwater condo. To begin with, we have not met with Kendra face-to-face; the entire transaction from initial interview to final sale was handled by us remotely as we live in Idaho. Kendra was amazingly prompt with every thing she promised to do for us; never was the turnaround less than 24 hours. We had a few punch list items that the buyers wanted and Kendra handled these all for us as we are out of town. Kendra was absolutely on top of comps and the market, to the extent that she advised us the day before we went on the market to raise our price by $10k. We got it and more!
