We love love loved working with Casey! Casey was very transparent and patiently answered all of our nit-picky questions. She responded very quickly to any emails and texts, regardless of the day or time. Casey walked us through our options when putting in an offer, she was very knowledgeable and was able to cut our closing costs nearly in half. Any hiccups in the road, Casey handled with grace. When our appraisal came in low, she negotiated with the seller to drop the sales price. When our lenders were being slow with paperwork, she communicated with them directly and made it happen. She made the home buying process so stress-free, we just had to sit back and enjoy the ride. Now we have a beautiful home, thanks to Casey! After such a great home buying experience, I recommended her to sell a house my father owns. The house has not been listed yet, but so far Casey has agreed to meet with painters / contractors to complete house repairs as my father lives out of town. We are so happy Christina was available to help us buy our new home . We relocated out of state and did not know much about the area. Christinas wealth of knowledge about the subdivisions was amazing and so helpful. Finding a home in a good school system was very important to us. Christina is up to date on school districts and ratings. This is not something you find with every agent . Some of our favorite things about Christina is her warm personality and quick thinking. In a sellers market, she knew what to do in order to help us (buyers) obtain the house we wanted . Christina was also very quick to respond to any question or concern we had which put our minds at ease during the stressful period of time after accepted offer and before closing . Another huge plus is that Christina has her own home staging and design company . Her taste is amazing and we will be working with her again to help us design our new home . This is our third home purchase and Christina is the best real estate agent we have ever had !
