I have had to work with a lot of Realtor's in my life and have always felt like they were in a hurry and impatient , or constantly on their phone even though i could never get them on the phone myself . Needless to say that i settled for a house and didn't know i could get an inspection or ask for things i wanted, so i wouldn't find out till later my home was a complete mess. So when it was time to buy i was scared. I called my uncle from Vegas and he told me of this dream making angel named Howard Thruston III. My uncle talked to him and told me he would call me soon, so I wasn't holding my breathe. It was an hour later he called from his car while he and his wife were vacationing. I was surprised he called back so soon, and that he was so nice and knowledgeable. He gave me all the info i would need to obtain and we were able to soon get started. Because of our horrible credit and not being able to put money down, he had to work hard for us, but he researched and found me a perfect lender , he didn't leave it up to me he made it as easy and comfortable as it could be. He had all of the answers for me and if he didn't he made sure he found out and if situations became difficult he took the heat and made it better. It took me about nine months to find my house and the location and price i could live with. We talked about four or more times a week and he really cared and got to know me so that I wasn't being dragged to homes i couldn't afford or that where run down or something i would have to settle for. We ended up buying our dream home in a place we weren't even looking at but he just found us the perfect place and we knew this was our home. He is so great if you leave with questions that is on you because he will tell you how to go about things and who to get for inspections and all the things you will need to protect yourself. He is a very honest person who becomes your family really quickly. I mean he did save my life when a house whose pit bulls were suppose to be chained up came after me threw himself between me and the dog till i was safe and my husband got it to back down. He went over the extra mile and even when what we the koi incident of 2015 went down and we were all at our wits end he acted very professional and negotiated what he could, and even if i was stressed at three am he would calm me down , that never happened that early but i knew he would. So you have two choices go with someone else that will in the end have you settle for over what you wanted to pay in a bad neighborhood where you will find out later that they patched up some horrible blemish or defection. Or you could enjoy buying your home that will be perfect in every way and have a long term friend you know will always be there, not to mention getting a mortgage that is less than you are paying for rent. This really seems like a no brainer buying a home should be a fun ride and he gives you that special attention and stress free environment. He deserves 5 stars in everything. What are you waiting for let him start on your dreams and tell him Runell said to mention the battle of the koi of 2015... LOL. Thanks I know you will make the right choice its the easiest one you will have in this crazy world. Thank you so much Howard you will always be apart of our family and it was an honor finally getting to work with a truthful man who isn't just out for a payday. ;)
