Trying to find a home in a very quick "seller's market is tough. We found 4 different homes which were great fits for us and they had offers even before we had a chance to get home. Crazy. But, Eric was diligent in meeting us to show us more homes. Even to the point we needed to see the home that we ended up buying on Mother's Day. We went and saw it, even though he left wife at home to show us. Dedication. It sure is a good thing he did as the sellers accepted our offer the next day.A Eric will show up to make your dream come true, but don't expect miracles in Las Vegas. It takes a savvy buyer and quick decision making to get it done.A Once we had an accepted offer, Eric was communicating all the way through each step and process. Our Escrow was more than 4 weeks, so we had plenty of talks just about hanging in there. Don't worry. He kept us calm. Great work.
