She is a delight to work with (funny and real), tenacious in her negotiations, very knowledgeable about the community and will partner with you seamlessly on your hunt. She hones in on your personality, learns your wants and needs, but really learns what might speak to you as a home is probably one of the most important and personal purchase decisions through ones life. Karla also brings a great deal of expertise with her when you might consider a fixer upper. I was considered some places that would have needed some basic remodeling, and I just looked to her for direction on what might work, be easy to change and general cost ideas. Being a pro developer and designer, shes got an eye and mind that didnt just come in handy, but was vital for my search. Plus her taste is remarkable!
