We are an international investment conglomerate in Europe and the US. We began investing in the US in 2011 (Florida, Texas, Kentucky, Virginia) ? In Northern Virginia in 2015 and then expanding westward into Western Virginia in 2018, in both residential and commercial properties. Sara is AWESOME!!! My husband and I were looking for a home,as I was leaving my childhood home after the passing of my parents. My home place was sold before I had even found a house.I had less than a month to find a home and get moved. We looked at only 2 houses before we found out forever home, thanks to Sara. She stayed on top of everything, kept us well informed daily as to what was going on. It was my first buying experience and she walked us through every step. The folks that bought my parents home loan fell through 2days after we moved in, which caused my closing to be delayed. Sara called or messaged me nearly everyday,keeping my spirits up, because I was stressed out! The realtor that had my parents home was just not getting any showings much, so, I hired Sara to sell their home as well.About a month after she took it over, she sold it! So, she not only found our home,but also sold my parents home!! She feels like part of my family!! She is awesome at her job!!! We closed on my parents home last Friday and putt new home Monday.
