I went to Melissa in hopes of selling some land that I inherited in Plymouth. I didn't have high hopes since the land needs much work before it can be built on. I am not I a position to build on it. I was ultimately prepared to turn the land over to the town if necessary because I didn't want to pay the taxes on it anymore. The land is directly across the street from a beautiful pond with privileges to swimming & boating just steps down the road. Well Melissa put together a beautiful profile of the land, the location & the fact that it is truly part of a great community. We had many interested parties who ultimately backed out because the land needs work. Melissa pursued - we adjusted the price accordingly - ultimately it sold at a price that both the Seller (me) & the Buyer were thrilled with. She communicated with me at every turn & I often just left decisions to her as I trusted & valued her opinion from the start. She is a 5 star realtor given that there are only 5 stars !
