I can not express how thankful I am that Heather was our realtor. She is personable, organized, professional, and VERY good at her job. Heather was absolutely wonderful in helping us buy our first home. It is a big and scary commitment and Heather guided us through the entire process. She provided us with a first time homebuyers class to give us an overview of what we should expect from the process. She connected us with an amazing Loan Officer who she worked with as a team to provide us the best experience.Heather was very responsive and very on top of answering our questions and providing us accurate information. She created a list of home options we would be interested in based on our preferences. Scheduling a day to see these homes was easy and convenient. We found a home we loved on our first day of attending open houses. She quickly researched the home and contacted the selling realtor. We put an offer in 2 days later. She provided us all the information we needed to extend a an offer that was fair to the seller, as well as ourselves. In the end, OUR FIRST EVER OFFER WAS ACCEPTED! My husband and I couldn't believe it after all the horror stories we had heard from others about multiple offers being declined. We closed in 18 days and are now happily settled in our first home.Heather's help did not end after we signed our closing documents. She has continually reached out to ensure we are happy in our new home and has helped us with a few hiccups we have encountered along the way.She made our first time home buying experience incredible. We encountered road blocks, but Heather dealt with them professionally and ensured they were taken care of properly so we didn't have to stress. She has become a good friend and we would not have had such a positive first time home buyer experience without her!!
