My wife and I decided to downsize so we were looking to put our home up for sale. We needed a Realtor and in the process of finding one we met Ty Allen. Her patients and expertise we found during this time with us was unmatched in comparison with other Realtors we have dealt with in the past. From giving us tips to improve our home and doing some repairs Ty got our home ready to be put on the market. Ty is the best in the game!!!!She is all about making her clients dreams come to reality. She is very personable and knowledgeable, any questions I had she was always willing and able to answer them. Shes very thorough in her communication, she made sure everyone involved was on the same page, which made the whole process a lot easier. She connected me to a great mortgage lender in a short amount of time after the first mortgage company I dealt with failed to provide me with the paperwork I needed to submit an offer on a home. Ty was very compassionate and understanding towards my needs and sometimes indecisiveness, she never made me feel like I was an inconvenience and I never felt alone on my home buying journey. Ty also has an amazing assistant who will step in to help her clients in viewing homes when shes not available, that was an added plus! Ty is a phenomenal negotiator, she made sure to request a home warranty in an offer I wanted to submit, this home had multiple offers and her offer was accepted above all others. Shes really good at what she does. I ended up with a beautiful home in a beautiful area of town and I credit Ty with getting me there!!! She has great connections to reputable companies and will share them with her clients as needed or requested. She loves what she does and it shines through the hard work and dedication she provides.
