Being 1st time home buyers had to be the most stressful experience weve ever had to endure, but having Bibi as our agent really made this experience go as smoothly as possible. We had a different agent before her and after switching to her, we see how much above and beyond Bibi really went for us. Bibi will honestly make you feel as if you working with family in purchasing your home. She is extremely sympathetic of how difficult this was for us, and literally made us feel as if she was caring for family. Let me tell you, she takes her job extremely serious with high regard for professionalism yet being very personable. I know that buying homes isnt an every year affair, but even if we were to buy another home 10 years down the line, I would still come back to Bibi. Honestly, folks picking agents is serious business and if you want someone to not only know what they are doing but care, choose Bibi. She has tons of experience not only as an agent but in the banking industry which means that if you have a bank that is lazy or hard to work with, she knows the ins and outs and will help further the process!
