When we decided to buy a house for the first time we were clueless. We saw Dave listed as an agent on the first house we wanted to see so we met with him. Hiring and working with Dave was THE BEST decision we made in the whole process. We ran him all over town and out of town and he was patient with every step. His knowledge was first rate and everything he passed down to us was priceless. With the limited housing available in sioux city at the time we were losing some hope but Dave never seemed to. When we found the house we wanted, Dave was immediately responsive, wrote an offer that day (sunday) and we began the purchase of the house. We dealt with a couple of shady agents selling a couple of the homes we looked at and I am so thankful we didn't wind up picking an agent like that. Dave was first rate through every step and if we ever move, I hope he is still in the real estate game because I don't ever want to deal with a different agent.Thanks Dave for all your help!
