We were searching for a three bed house, for our family, for eleven months in a two year span. Nine of those months was with another Realtor. Which started out great, for the three months of the previous year. We had an excepted offer, but backed out, after we saw the inspection report. We called off the house searching until the next year. Again, everything started great, but after a few viewings in the first month, the other realtor seemed to have lost interest in helping us. We found Team Wickham, FIRED the old realtor, and in the matter of three weeks we found our self's putting an offer on a house. It was just out of where we really wonted, but better, we didn't even think of that area. and it truly was a better spot. Team Wickham are old school workers, if they can't get a hold of someone by phone (like a seller, another agent, even your financing institution) they will go to them in person, and get what needs to get done.
