In an extremely stressful home buying environment (Eugene currently has the second worst inventory in the US), Steve, Sally Jo, and Tiffany made our home buying experience a breeze, adding a lot of laughs and good memories. Not only did we purchase our first home, but our twins were only 2 months old when we began looking at listings. Team Wickham was highly flexible and knowledgeable, which TREMENDOUSLY eased our stress related to home buying and made the whole process as quick and easy as possible. (Their knowledge alone saved us tons of much needed cash.) They were able to look at the homes we were considering and provide objective reasoning as to why we should or should not consider the home and, most importantly, we never felt pressured to settle for something we didn't want. They kept our family needs at the forefront of their minds and really went to bat for us in order to ensure we received the best deal possible.
