Daniela exceeded every expectation that I had and went so far above and beyond that I will never work with any agent, other than her, again. Ive worked with other real estate agents before and the difference with Daniela is that she genuinely cares about her clients. She treats you like family and she is so incredibly knowledgeable that it made the whole process for me so much easier and less stressful than it would have been otherwise. I truly grew to trust her and I knew every step of the way that she had my best interests at heart. I never once felt rushed, pressured, like I was being sold anything or manipulated in any way like I have with every other agent. I cannot put into words how thankful my husband and I were to have worked with Daniela on helping us find (and close on!) our very first home as newlyweds! From the very beginning, she was just on top of EVERYTHING. She sourced homes for us to check out and it wasnt uncommon to me to receive emails from her at all hours of the day/night with updates or just checking in. She was also very much in tune with what our priorities were when looking for our home. We have fur-babies and we needed a rather large home to keep everyone happy and of course as newlyweds thinking of more space for what the future would bring! She kept all this in mind and helped us navigate through everything to find our first, perfect home! She also came to the table with vendor relationships and recommendations which proved to be invaluable and help us through the loan and escrow process.
