With Kris' help we just purchased a home in Cleburne, TX. While living on the east coast and both of us being busy working people, we depended on Kris to do all the local leg work for us. She was always accessible to us via phone, text or email and always responded promptly. At first she kept us up to date on all the new listings. Then she went all around the Metroplex looking at houses for us, even taking video tours of the homes and sending them to us via email to review. We made offers on two homes that weren't accepted (other buyers put in higher offers, the market was HOT) but the third was the charm. Then she helped us through the purchase process, home inspection, closing and even went there to help get the water turned on before we moved in. She is the best! We highly recommend her.

Kris did an amazing job as our realtor! We weren't sure if we wanted to build a house or purchase and we were all over the metroplex in our interest in where we wanted to reside. We got matched up with Kris while browsing through Redfin. We didn't have any expectations other than to see what houses were looking like, in the current market and hoping to move out of apt maybe this year or the next. She followed up with us, was very responsive and efficient in setting up appointments for walk throughs. Kris set us up quickly with a lender contact to have a pre approval ready for when we find "the one." Soon after, we found a home we considered offering, and the rest of the process fell into place very quickly and painlessly. All the correspondence, document submissions and signatures were mostly digital or via text and email, which was very helpful for me working nights at the hospital and I'm not as easily available for in person appointments or phone calls. Closing went smooth and on the predicted date. She took the time to personally make sure the house was ready to deliver the day before closing, and also made us a sweet welcome home gift which meant a lot. She was still readily available for questions even after closing. Could not recommend her enough.
