Meeting Olivier was a nice coincidence and thanks to that and him we now have our house.When we met Olivier we had already worked with another agent who left a bad taste in our mouth, a person we felt was in favor of the seller and not us (everything we saw about the house that had to be fixed they said that it was not necessary to put it in the repair amendment because it was not too much, but we know that in the end, each thing adds up and a lot of money would be spent fixing those things); however, going with Olivier to see a house was a completely different and rewarding experience.The first tour we did with him was an experience, he went through the house with us, observing point by point and telling us what to ask the seller for and what else was not to worry about. He also made us see things like the privacy of the house, quality of foundations, irrigation system, etc. In each of the houses we saw, the experience was the same. This allowed us to see the knowledge and experience that Olivier has as an agent, which made us feel satisfied and calm.As for the purchase process, it was just as satisfactory; The inspector he recommended us for the house as well as the one for the foundation were quite professional, detailed and they left us feeling confident knowing the condition of the house we were getting.Olivier was attentive at every moment of the process, always looking for us to be informed and up to date with each stage; looking for and recommending what would be best for us. What's more, even after the purchase he has been attentive; asking how we feel and if there is something that we need.Anyway, we only have good things to say about Olivier as a sales agent; We are sure that if it had not been for him, this house would not be ours.Thank you!!!
