Gary was such a great fit for our family relocating to the Muncie area. Gary knew a lot about the surrounding area. Schools were a big deal for our longer term concerns. He knew about what schools were better than others. He knew about the better neighborhoods as well. If he didn't know something about a property he researched it while we were at the property and filled us in while we were still there. Always asked for feedback on the properties so he could be in good communication with the sellers as well. Very knowledgeable on the whole process. We put in an offer on a house that ended up falling through due to a home inspection that showed a lot more stuff that needed to be done to the house than we were hoping to do. Gary totally went to bat for us getting things sorted for that whole mess. And we put in an offer on another house that is a better fit all around for us. He was wonderful, so friendly and easy to talk to. He was great with our kids too, they felt so comfortable with him. He was super quick to respond to any of our questions and worked well with our weird schedule. As I had to travel from Columbus, OH to look at houses in IN. Got us in to see whatever houses we wanted, so long as they were still available! So many times the houses were off the market before we could even look at them! Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking in Eastern Indiana area.
