From 2006-present we have worked with Todd. He helped us find the perfect CO house & we relocated from CA. Since then he has helped us find commercial property rentals to supplement our income. He always keeps in touch and emails us info on properties that fit our parameters for future investments. We have many friends who visit us from other states and he has found properties for them. Just this month he has three properties under contract for friends of ours. He is honorable and trustworthy. He isn't a pest as many realtors can be. I have always been hesitant to give my number to realtors because they pester you to death. Todd is not that way- he answers your questions and makes sure you have all of his contact info so that YOU can approach him if you need more info. He is terrific, likeable and professional. Highly recommend!!!
