We have been honored to work with Levi, for what has now been three times! He has sold one of our homes, and most recently helped us close on our forever home as well as list another home. Levi has been nothing but wonderful. He put up with our questions, husband and wife "bickering", my need to negotiate, jumping to show us a house (literally) at a moments notice. He listened so well to everything we wanted in our forever home and catered our showings to exactly what we were looking for. I loved his honesty and advice throughout the entire process of home buying. We both love to negotiate, so we really jived negotiating together- he was so helpful and realistic with good offers and ideas. He was overly responsive to my emails, calls and text messages- all of the time. I really cannot sing his praises enough. As a listing agent, he has been wonderful as well. He got our first property under contract in less than 72 hours! It appears our new listing is going to fly as well. He has a great clientele and really works to make sure his buyers and sellers get the best deal possible. He gave us GREAT advice and knowledge about factors and changes that we should concentrate on that will appeal to buyers. When we initially sold our home with him, he had us concentrate on things I would have never thought of- as a seller- to make my home more appealing. While we were looking for our forever home- man was he right! The things he had us pay attention to while selling absolutely made a difference while we were purchasing. Levi is just an all around great guy, and a helpful and devoted realtor. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
