My experience with Gabriel as my seller's agent when selling my Multi in Lynn Mass was exceptional in all aspects of the sale. I just could not have asked for a better agent! One aspect of the sale with Gabe that I was particularly happy for was the fact that he has an army of helpers to smooth the process along. Roofers, Electricians are all on hand to help. For me, this help was worth its weight in gold! So different than my experience when selling other properties. Gabriel was professional to a fault. He dresses like a professional, he talks like a professional and he knows his stuff just like a pro. Hes 100% committed to you as a client, and that commitment shows in everything he does. Hes there for you in all the big things aEUR" the selling price, the showing of the house, the marketing, etc. but he doesnt miss the small details either. He was never surprised; he always had a plan and that plan always worked out to my complete satisfaction. Ive used other agents before, both on the buying side and on the sellers side of things, and Gabriel was by far the best agent Ive ever had. I really cannot think of a single complaint! And that is rare in this day and age! He is personable, funny, patient,knowledgeable, and above all, competent. He stayed positive and he stayed alert, always coming up with a way to turn a let down into a good thing.
