Francene and Melanie did an excellent job of marketing and selling our house in Weiser. The house was presented with great photos and a great description. Our Zillow listing had over 4000 hits and over 70 saves in the six weeks or so while it was on the market, resulting in many viewings.Francenes sell price evaluation equaled our best offer and both were slightly above the appraisal, so everyone clearly got a fair deal. I chose Francene because we have known each other for many years, shes been in the business for at least thirty years, so she has integrity and plenty of experience. Melanie lives two doors down from the house we were selling, so it was a a great benefit to have an agent who knows the neighborhood well.Everything went smoothly on Two Rivers end of things, and they arranged viewings, tests, inspections, counteroffers and signings without a hitch. They tactfully and diplomatically handled all the issues that cropped up in our house sale and put in extra effort to ensure that the sale was signed on the original closing date.
