My wife and I recently bought a lot on Orcas and the realtor was Teri Williams. She was very pleasant and easy to talk and email with, and the whole process went smoothly, and just as she told us it would go. The property we bought had a couple of small boundary issues which needed to be cleared up before we could close our sale. Teri helped us navigate those issues with the seller and she worked with the county and those issues resolved easily, allowing us to complete our purchase. She is extremely knowledgeable about Orcas real estate. It seemed like everyone we came in contact with regarding our lot knew and respected Teri, from people at SJ County to the logger we hired to clear a few trees. She came highly recommended to us, and we highly recommend her if you are looking for property on Orcas.
