I work in the medical devices field and came across a workshop with the Jamison Team where I met Jenny. They held an event at a restaurant in downtown where they had realtors and lenders you could meet and learn about the home buying process. We really liked talking with Jenny and got her contact info. We had originally started looking at townhouses and when the pandemic happened, we postponed our search. About a year later, I contacted Jenny again and she helped us expand our search to SFH. She is very knowledgable about the areas we were interested in and also suggested better areas. Even with a native of the area, she pointed us away from some areas that might not match what we were looking for. She is always easy to get a hold of or will contact you back promptly. She showed us lots of houses and arranged private viewings. She also had suggestions on how to update the houses or make repairs. As a new homebuyer, all the cracks in the drywall or driveway initally scared me but she showed us which ones were actually the concerning ones and what to look out for. We had the best experience working with Jenny and even her team.
