Rachel is absolutely amazing, very professional and super quick. If you are looking for a realtor that will become a friend/mentor she is the real deal. She sold the property in less than 12 hours on the market. Not only that, but every step of the way was over communicated, very detailed. She staged the home, for the clients and Home was sold less than 12 hours on the market. And should I start on New property? If she was tied up showing homes else where and it was a great deal and what we were looking for. She contacted another colleague to meet us and show the home. And followed up immediately to close any deal needed. If you sell/purchase with her. Be prepared to be involved with a work horse, cause she WILL NOT STOP, until you are satisfied. Highly recommend her to anyone and any team she is working with. Definitely too knotch. Thinking about selling the house again just because I know it'll all be taken care of.
