Our only regret is that we had just one house to sell! In listing and selling our house, Michael Brennan was the true professional from beginning to end and we were 100% pleased with every step of the process. Unlike other agents we interviewed, he came to our first meeting with an impressive presentation with current comps, articles about the history of our house, and samples of marketing brochures. We especially appreciated his emphasis on the unique history of the house and his recognition of the added value because of this history. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and amenable to our ideas. Organization is Michael's strong suit and with his team of Jessica and Ben, he led us through the process with no bumps or surprises. At the end of the first day on the MLS, we had a full price offer with a quick closing date.
