Michael and his team were amazing! I have bought and sold many homes in my life. Usually, the process is medium, and I often have to micro-manage aspects. Working with Michael Brennan and his team (at Sotheby's) was truly a pleasure. They were professional, fast, kind, and so easy to communicate with. I felt like I was able to not worry about anything, and I felt confident that all parts and processes would get done properly and correctly - and they did!These days, things do not really get done properly or correctly. Much of the time, I have to call again and again, check on details, and tell people how to do their jobs. With Michael Brennan and his Sotheby Team - all I had to do was list my home and then say thank you when it was sold (in less than 1 week.) Every step was handled and managed with excellence. Michael and his team helped sell my condo at Paper Mill Court in Georgetown. He knew all about Paper Mill Court, and was able to immediately advise me on recent sales history and the competition. He also suggested a contractor to make cosmetic improvements to the property, and a stager who was also experienced in making these particular units look their.Michael knows the President of the condo association and was able to help us get access to the electrical room, and also took on the task of obtaining needed condo documents.Jessica Brosey, is a real gem and part of Michael's team. She was the epitome of organization and hugely helpful in making sure that all of the needed paperwork was completed, and that our interactions with the buyer and settlement company went smoothly.Michael and Jessica were always available, always helpful. I could not have asked for more!
