Laura represented us as both buyers agent and then sellers agent. I cannot recommend her enough! She was always available and responsive, made suggestions as needed and never pressured us, instead told us to use our gut when buying and wed know when we saw it. After months of frustration in not finding the right fit, we found our perfect home and with Lauras skill at negotiating we won over an all cash offer! Then when it came time to sell our current home, she was there every step and arranged all the contractors/repairs/upgrades/ got design advice, staged the home and because of her dedication and hard work, we had multiple offers over asking the first weekend. The house looked amazing and it was all because of her! If youre looking for someone to go the extra mile, Laura is the one for you!

Laura is a total professional! She helped us navigate tricky timing in a difficult market with both buying and selling and everything worked out exactly the way she predicted.
