I can't say enough great things about Brittanie. She helped us decide when to sell and what updates we needed. Britanie mapped out our renovation plan, suggested a great contractor, helped us pick new flooring, appliances, and and paint looked for the best deals on the materials we used, negotiated price with the contractor for us, and made the whole process run smooth. Pricing our house was hard, since no others had sold in our HOA in more than 5 years, but Brittanie analyzed a larger area and used her instinct to price it higher than we expected. Four days after it went to market we had an offer in hand for asking price and were able to close quickly, before our next mortgage payment was due. Brittanie made this all happen. No call, text, or email went unanswered, even after hours. Every suggestion she made was spot on and we walked away with more money than we could have hoped for when we first thought about putting our townhouse on the market.

Laura is the best. If you're looking for a realtor, stop right now because you've found her! We did not know Laura before our home buying process and by a stroke of luck, we met her at an open house hosted by one of her colleagues. The process of buying a home is stressful in the best of times, but during a global pandemic and in the midst of limited housing supply and fierce competition, Laura helped guide us through the process. Ultimately it was her knowledge of the market and and the area that helped us buy our home. There were some ups and downs along the way and Laura was always right there with us the whole time. You would be truly lucky to work with her, so stop reading this review and contact her! But, in all seriousness, I believe the reason we were able to buy the house that we did is due to Laura's quick action and excellent strategic advice. Many thanks to Laura and her team!
