I cannot recommend Michelle Deckman highly enough. Not only was she clearly working for me (Id fired my previous realtor for not listening, following up or following through - I was doing all the work) NOT the case with Michelle?? She genuinely cares about finding her clients an ideal property that fits their needs and budgets. Shes an Annapolis native, and has built long term lasting relationships within the community that prove helpful. Shes a masterful negotiator. She scheduled showings for every listing I sent without question, and included others she felt met my parameters. And, like I said, this was a VERY COMPLICATED process with a lender that proved, aEURoeineptaEUR? at times. My escrow lasted 110 days! If it wasnt for Michelles professional and personal prowess, I doubt Id be living in my forever Historic Annapolis home.
